I think the Personal Learning Network (PLN) should be the subject of health, it should create a healthy community and spread healthy and correct information. We can all control information, because it is our own PLN, which also allows many people to publish content that is not very good for the benefit of the community, but this is not the result we want. Like an example in the video, there is a person who runs Instagram because he wants more people to know about the Northern Lights. Because of the remote location, many people don’t know. If these photos or information are not posted on the Internet, no one will watch them. To learn about such beauty. He does this just to let everyone see a part of the world. He creates personalized social media. This is the theme that should be, spreading good things.

Social platforms that are conducive to education include blogs (self-hosted WordPress), wikis (Wikispaces), social bookmarks (Delicious), photo sharing (Flickr), video sharing (Youtube, BlipTV) and Weibo (Twitter, Plurk). At the same time, the tools used for search are Technorati, Google Blog Search or WhosTalkin. The media used for viewing or communicating are Flock and Feedly. Initiatives such as MIT OpenCourseWare and OER Commons have obtained information resources such as Wikipedia, course content, and multimedia and video content obtained through services such as YouTube. These are platforms that are good for education by understanding information from different aspects, but good teaching takes more time.

When everyone has the same platform to participate in community dialogue, equality means that everyone can freely express their views. The topic is open, and the information obtained is diverse. But if the information discussed is true, there will be equal treatment. If the information disseminated is second-hand or third-hand information, the original meaning of the information is lost, which is unfair. In addition to sharing information and discussing issues, everyone also wants to hear the most authentic voice in this society. When working with vulnerable sectors, social media should put itself in a vulnerable position and adapt to professionalism and regulations from the perspective of others. Social media should be more cautious when obtaining information, analysis, and evaluation of content, not only because the content is easier to guide public opinion, but also because the other party is a vulnerable department. Put yourself in the position of the other party to see if such content is reasonable and legal, and whether it will bring bad effects after sending it out, decide after all considerations are clear.
